Rosemary Chimock

Rosemary Chimock, 85, a resident of Swoyersville, passed into eternal life on Saturday afternoon, November 25, 2023.

Her beloved husband of 44 years was the late Raymond W. Chimock who passed away on November 28, 2013.

Born on February 20, 1938, in Swoyersville, Rosemary was one of two children born to the late Joseph Barnoski and Anna Stanulis Barnoski.

Residing in Swoyersville all her life, Rosemary was a graduate of the former Swoyersville High School, Class of 1956.

Prior to her retirement, Rosemary was employed as a seamstress in the local garment industry.

Rosemary was a member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Swoyersville.

In addition to her parents, Joseph and Anna Barnoski, and her husband, Raymond, Rosemary was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Barnoski.

Left to cherish Rosemary’s memory are her son, Raymond W. Chimock Sr., Swoyersville; and her daughter, Renee Grove and her husband, Brian, Spring, Texas; and her three grandchildren, Raymond W. Chimock Jr., Anna Grove, and Jack Grove.

A private family funeral service will be held with a Mass of Christian to be celebrated in Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Swoyersville.

Interment with the Rite of Committal will follow in Saint Mary the Annunciation Roman Catholic Cemetery, Pringle.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Wroblewski Funeral Home, Inc., 1442 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort.
