Roberta M. “Bobbi” Small, 66, a resident of Swoyersville, passed away peacefully on Saturday evening, January 16, 2016, at Celtic Healthcare Hospice, Inpatient Unit, Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre.
Her loving husband is George M. Small. Together, Bobbi and George celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on August 8, 2015.
Born on September 01, 1949, in Kingston, Bobbi was the daughter of the late Alfred and Laura (Adler) Mahler.
Bobbi was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, Class of 1967.
A homemaker all of her life, Bobbi was devoted to tending to the daily needs of her family and home.
Bobbi enjoyed many things in life, especially cooking, baking, watching Soap Operas and Family Feud, and bowling.
Bobbi had a great love for her husband, daughters, and grandchildren. Her happiest moments were the times spend with family, and she especially enjoyed every moment she had with her beloved grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Alfred and Laura Mahler, Bobbi was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Small, and her sister, Debbie Lugo.
In addition to her husband, George, Bobbi is survived by her daughters, Wendi (James) Shaver, Swoyersville; and Heather (Raymond Wyberski ) Small; her grandchildren, Alyssa and Jessica Shaver; Tyler, Chloe, Hunter, Mariska, and Michael Wyberski; her brothers, Ronald (Patricia) Mahler, and Alfred (Sandra) Mahler; her brother-in-law, Larry Small; her sister-in-law, Rosalie Small; her many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Bobbi’s funeral service which will be celebrated on Thursday, January 21, 2016, at 10:00 AM at the Wroblewski Funeral Home, Inc., 1442 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort, with the Reverend Paul Metzloff, pastor of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Kingston, officiating.
Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.
