Peter (Wruble) Wrobleski, 85, a former resident of Kingston, fell asleep in the Lord on Thursday, December 21, 2017, at Saint Luke’s Villa, Wilkes-Barre.
Born on June 25, 1932, in Plymouth, Peter was the son of the late Peter (Wruble) Wrobleski and Anna Belansek (Wruble) Wrobleski.
A faithful Catholic, Peter was a lifelong member of Saint Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Catholic Church, Swoyersville.
Peter is survived by his sister, Mrs. Dolores Purcell and her husband, Michael, Kingston; and his two nieces, Marcia and Michelle.
A private family viewing was held on Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at the Wroblewski Funeral Home, Inc., 1442 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort. The viewing was followed by the celebration of the Office of Christian Burial. The Reverend Gary Mensinger, Pastor of Saint Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, officiated.
Interment followed in Saint Mary’s (Pokrova) Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Pringle.
There were no public calling hours.
