Michael John Sincavage, 54, a resident of Swoyersville, passed into eternal life unexpectedly on Saturday evening, December 09, 2023, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township.
Born on June 24, 1969, in Kingston, Michael was one of five children born to William F. “Bart” Sincavage Jr., Swoyersville, and the late Clara Ann “Cookie” Kamionka Sincavage, who passed away on September 10, 2022.
Raised in Swoyersville, Michael was a graduate of West Side Area Vocational Technical School, Pringle, and furthered his education at Luzerne County Community College, Nanticoke, studying auto mechanics.
Michael was currently employed by Franchelli Enterprises Inc., Wilkes-Barre.
A lifelong member of the former Saint Mary of Czestochowa Church, Swoyersville, Michael became a member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Swoyersville, following the consolidation of his church. He was also a member of the Henry Citizens Club, Plains Township.
Always mechanically inclined, Michael was known to be able to fix just about anything, and he had a lifelong passion for classic cars and Jeeps.
Michael’s heart was bigger than his whole body and he loved his family with every ounce of his being. He was a devoted son, a loving and supportive brother, and an adoring uncle. His memory will be cherished forevermore in the hearts of his loved ones.
In addition to his mother, Clara, Michael was preceded in death by his infant sister, Jennifer Sincavage.
Left to cherish Michael’s memory are his father, William “Bart” Sincavage Jr.; his brother, Kenneth Sincavage and his wife, Maureen, Hatboro; his sisters, Joann Sincavage and her partner, Lorie Mikielski, Hanover Township; and Marybeth Czyzycki and her husband, Thomas, Swoyersville; his beloved nieces and nephew, Penelope Sincavage, Raegan Czyzycki, and Logan Czyzycki; an aunt, an uncle, numerous cousins, and countless friends.
A private Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, December 15, 2023, in Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Swoyersville. The Reverend John J. Chmil, his Pastor, officiated the funeral Mass.
Funeral arrangements for Michael were entrusted to the care of the Wroblewski Funeral Home, Inc., 1442 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort.
