Margaret M. “Peggy” Sieminski, 78, a resident of Swoyersville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday evening, July 08, 2017, at her home.
Born on October 10, 1938, in Kingston, Peggy was one of four children born to the late Frank and Genevieve (Ratowski) Aritz.
Raised in Swoyersville, Peggy was a graduate of the former Swoyersville High School, Class of 1957.
Peggy was a lifelong member of the former Saint Mary of Czestochowa Church, Swoyersville. Following the consolidation, she became a member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Swoyersville.
In addition to her parents, Frank and Genevieve Aritz, Peggy was preceded in death by her brother, Dominick Aritz; and her sister, Dolores Chipego.
Peggy is survived by her sons, Theodore Sieminski and his wife, Karen, Springfield, New Jersey; and Thomas Sieminski; her brother, Atty. Frank J. Aritz and his wife, Jane, Swoyersville; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Sofia and Nicolas Sieminski; as well as her nieces and nephews.
A private Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Swoyersville, with the Reverend Joseph J. Pisaneschi, her Pastor, officiating.
Interment with the Rite of Committal will follow in Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Swoyersville.
There will be no public calling hours.
