Margaret (Lukacinsky) Yadrnak, 97, a former resident of Swoyersville, passed into eternal life on Monday, April 03, 2017, at the at the Partridge-Tippett Nursing Facility of the Wesley Village Campus, Jenkins Township.
Her beloved husband was the late Peter J. Yadrnak, who passed away on May 25, 1985.
Born on September 10, 1919, in Swoyersville, Margaret was the daughter of the late Alexander and Anna (Sciranko) Lukacinsky, and was the last surviving child of her 6 brothers and 1 sister.
A faithful Catholic, Margaret was a lifelong member of the former Holy Trinity Church, now Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Swoyersville, where she held membership with the church’s Confraternity of Christian Mothers, its’ Altar and Rosary Society, and its former Saint Ann’s Guild.
Additionally, she a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion, Andrew Lawrence Post 644, Swoyersville, and the Swoyersville Senior Citizens.
Margaret is survived by her loving daughters, Lorraine Yadrnak Evans and her husband, Willard, Montgomery Village, Maryland; and Diane Yadrnak Mey and her husband, Michael, Forty Fort; her grandchildren Eric Evans, Kelly Evans and Gretchen Mey; her two great-grandchildren, Reece and Kerys; as well as her numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral which will be conducted on Friday, April 07, 2017, at 9:30 AM from the Wroblewski Funeral Home, Inc., 1442 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 AM in Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 116 Hughes Street, Swoyersville, with the Reverend Joseph J. Pisaneschi, her Pastor, officiating.
Interment with the Rite of Committal will follow in Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Cemetery, Swoyersville.
Family and Friends are invited to call on Thursday, April 06, 2017, from 5 to 7 PM, at the funeral home.
The Confraternity of Christian Mothers of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish will recite the Rosary on Friday morning at 9:15 AM in the church.
