Our deepest condolences. What a wonderful man and family. Taught me many fly fishing tricks but still couldn't catch what he would routine hook. Always seen Larry and Leona out enjoying dinner having his Manhattan with two cherries. Rest in Peace

Dearest Leona & family. It is difficult for Mary Ellen and I to bring Larry’s passing back to reality. To think tha I will not be stopping by at the shop to figure out a project, do a project, or to just chat does not seem real. These were special moments for both of us and will be cherished forever. Larry was just so unique. His many stories about friends and aquaintances who’just stopped in’ will always resonate deep within. And then too, the many years at the lake since our50th class reunion were so very special with so many happy memories. How I remember how Larry would often linger to cherish every minute. Know that you, Leona, and all your wonderful family will be remembered daily in our prayers. Larry has indeed fulfilled his journey in life—now we must continue our journeys back to the Lord. With deep love, Bill & Mary Ellen

Charles Wideman left a message on February 18, 2021:
Larry was a kind, thoughtful neighbor who would do anything for anyone. I remember him giving me rides to grade school in the 1960s, and the invites to me and my mother to his backyard roast in the Croatian tradition. Larry will be missed by all, our condolences to his wife Leona and to Larry's children and grandchildren. Charles Wideman and the Wideman family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
