Jeffrey M. Cooper, 53, a resident of West Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at his home.

His beloved wife was the late Caprice M. (Miletta) Cooper, who passed away on May 31, 2009.

Born on January 14, 1968, in Wilkes-Barre, Jeffrey was one of three sons born to John L. Cooper and Regina A. (Wilchek) Cooper, of West Wyoming.

Raised in West Wyoming, Jeffrey was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School and Kings College, Wilkes-Barre, where he acquired his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.

Jeffrey was employed as a security guard for Securitas Security Services.

A man of faith, Jeffrey was a member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Swoyersville.

Jeffrey was an avid sports fan who greatly enjoyed football, baseball, and hockey.

In addition to his parents, John and Regina Cooper, Jeffrey is survived by his brothers, John F. Cooper and his wife, Takako, New Hampshire; and Brian C. Cooper, West Wyoming; and his niece, Aya Cooper.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Mass which will be celebrated on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 11:00 AM in Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 116 Hughes Street, Swoyersville, with the Reverend Joseph J. Pisaneschi, his Pastor, officiating.
