Frank D. Bernoski, 85, a resident of Kingston, passed away on Tuesday, November 06, 2018, at his home.

His beloved wife of 26 years was the late Louis B. (Struthers) Bernoski, who passed away on October 19, 2009.

Born on May 17, 1933, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Frank was the son of the late Frank Bernoski.

A United States Army Veteran, Frank honorably served his country for three years during the Korean War.

Prior to his retirement, Frank was employed as an electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 1319, Wilkes-Barre, and also worked as a security guard for Misericordia University, Dallas.

Frank was member of Forty Fort Presbyterian Church, and was also an active member of the Korean War Veterans Association of Wyoming Valley and the American Legion, Andrew Lawrence Post 644, Swoyersville.

Throughout his life, Frank greatly enjoyed hunting and was an avid fan of the Penn State Nittany Lions.

Frank is survived by his children, Mark Bernoski, Wilkes-Barre; Lauralee Bernoski, Kingston; and Janel Bernoski (Sean) Keough, Salem, Massachusetts; his step children, Deborah (John) Pike, Dallas; and Margaret (James) Ferris, New York; his grandchildren, James and Andrew Bernoski; Lindsey Leigh Keough; Chelsea, Colleen, and Caitlyn Pike; his niece, Ann Marie Kavalkovich, Ellenton, Florida; and his caretaker, Colette Lee.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 11:00 AM in Forty Fort Presbyterian Church, 1224 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort, with the Reverend William Lukesh, Pastor, officiating. At the conclusion of the service, military honors will be accorded by the United States Army.
