Erin P. Gutkowski, 37, a resident of Plymouth, passed away on Tuesday evening, July 06, 2021, at Residential Hospice, Inpatient Unit at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre.
Born on April 07, 1984, in Clovis, New Mexico, Erin was the daughter of David Gutkowski, Hanover Township, and Kathy (Schlingman) Wynn, Wilkes-Barre.
Erin was a graduate of Hanover Area High School, Class of 2002, and went on to further her education by studying with Phoenix Online from where she acquired her Associates Degree in Health and Human Services.
Prior to her illness, Erin was employed by Chewy at their fulfillment center in Hanover Township.
Erin had many enjoyments in her life especially enjoying the outdoors and going on long walks. Above all, her greatest love in life was for her children. She was an extremely devoted and hardworking mother who would do anything for her children. Although her presence will be missed beyond words, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones, most especially her beloved children.
Erin was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Francis Gutkowski; her maternal grandparents, William and Dorothy Schlingman; and her paternal step-grandfather, Oswald Volpicelli.
In addition to her parents, David Gutkowski and Kathy Wynn, Erin is survived by her three loving children, Caitlin, Corey, and Julie Thens; her four siblings, Dr. Andrew Gutkowski and his wife, April, Mississippi; Hannah Gutkowski and her wife, Amanda, Georgia; Chucky Wynn, Dupont; and Amy Gutkowski, West Virginia; her paternal grandmother, Patricia Swierczynski Gutkowski Volpicelli, Hanover Township; and her step-father, Chuck Wynn, Tunkhannock.
Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial visitation which will be held on Monday, July 12, 2021, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Wroblewski Funeral Home, Inc., 1442 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort.
