Arthur H. Puterbaugh, 79, a resident of Harding, went to heaven to be with his loved ones on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at his home.
Born on December 11, 1938, in Kingston, Arthur was the son of the late Earl and Mary (Petri) Puterbaugh, and was a graduate of Dallas High School.
Arthur honorably served his country as an Army Reservist for six years.
Prior to his retirement, Arthur was employed by Liticia and, before that, by Sun Buick–Pontiac–GMC, Moosic.
Arthur was a man to enjoy the simple things in life, most especially working on his tractors.
In addition to his parents, Earl and Mary Puterbaugh, Arthur was preceded in death by his brother, Earl Puterbaugh Jr.; and his sisters, Gladys Chaney and Geraldine Youngblood.
Arthur is survived by his brother, John Puterbaugh and his wife, Rose, Harding; Nieces, Rosemary Puterbaugh, Harding; and Lisa Richards and her husband, Ron, Wyoming; Nephews, John Puterbaugh and his wife, Sandra, Dallas; and Wesley Puterbaugh and his wife, Valerie, Mountain Top; and his Great-Nieces Kady and Mackenzie Puterbaugh; and Great-Nephews, Dylan, Cody and Kyle Puterbaugh.
A private family funeral service will be held. Interment will be in Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton section of Kingston Township.
