Anna Dudick, 78, a resident of Wilkes-Barre, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Thursday evening, July 14, 2022, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township.
Her loving husband is Edward Dudick Sr., with whom Anna celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on October 30, 2021.
Born on December 16, 1943, in Wilkes-Barre, Anna was one of four children born to the late Frank and Lillian (Baker) Lewis.
Raised in Wilkes-Barre, Anna was a graduate of the former E.L. Meyers High School, Class of 1962.
Prior to retiring, Anna was employed for 15 years by Rave’s Garden Center, formerly of Ashley. In her earlier years, she was employed by the American Tobacco Company and RCA-GE-Fairchild Semiconductor, both of Mountaintop.
A woman of strong faith, Anna was a member of Wyoming Valley Presbyterian Church, Wilkes-Barre, where she served as a Deacon.
Anna was known for her love of visiting New York City where she enjoyed going to Broadway shows and shopping. She was also a skilled gardener, and enjoyed cooking and baking for her loved ones.
Above all, Anna’s greatest joy in life came from spending time with her loving family – she truly cherished every moment she shared with her loved ones, and they will miss her presence immensely.
