Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Wroblewski, both natives of Ashley, purchased our funeral home from Laura Baloga shortly after the death of her husband, John J. Baloga.

Joseph, a first-generation funeral director, along with his wife, Normajean, operated our funeral home for many years as the John J. Baloga Funeral Home, but eventually changed the funeral home’s name to the Joseph L. Wroblewski Funeral Home.

On Friday, December 29, 2023, Normajean passed away peacefully in the presence of her family. She will be best remembered for her gentle nature, compassion, and finesse – she was a true advocate for every single family she and Joe served. May light unending shine on her beautiful soul.
