Matthew K. Ciupinski, 69, a resident of Swoyersville, passed away on Monday morning, November 19, 2018, at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born on October 04, 1949, in Kingston, Matthew was one of three children born to the late Matthew J. Ciupinski and Maydell (Smith) Ciupinski.
Matthew was a graduate of West-Side Vocational Technical School, Pringle.
Prior to his retirement, Matthew was employed for 40 years as a route salesman for Master Garment Cleaners, Kingston.
A man of many enjoyments, Matthew’s greatest enjoyment was spending time with his beloved family, especially his granddaughter, Kendyl, (Bunky) who was the light of his life.
Matthew is survived by his two children, Michael J. Ciupinski and his wife, Jennifer, Kingston; and Kimberly Ciupinski, Swoyersville, and her companion, Joseph; his granddaughter, Kendyl; his brother, John W. Ciupinski, Hummelstown, and his companion, Sally; his sister, Karen Ciupinski, West Wyoming, and her companion, David; his dog, Boss, and his two cats, Jack and Chloe.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. John Guerriero and staff, and to Dr. Stanley Lobitz and staff.
In accordance with Matthew’s wishes, his funeral service will be private.
